Workout Outfits - it's not a big deal


 It does not have to be a big deal dressing up to the gym, come on it's the gym. No matter what you decide to wear the point is that you'll sweat all over that outfit so do not take your time preparing for the gym like you're going to the club or to a ball. The rule is - no make up, no heels, no jewelries etc. you wear whatever basic gym clothes you have and jump on that thread mill like no one's watching. Really though, no one cares. 
If you're going for a morning jog, personally I sometimes sleep in my sport bra so that I can wake up and just wear a sweat pant and a jacket and run out asap. 
If you get confused on what to wear all the time, you can do what I do- that is ;
1. You can google celebrities to checkout what they are wearing (that is not too serious) and buy that.
2. Checkout fitness blogs, they usually have links to where you can purchase good gym wears.
3. Download a bunch of pictures on your phone from google images and change workout outfits according to what you've got. 
There are many sexy workout clothes these days that should motivate you to want to hit the gym but instead of thinking about what to wear to the gym and giving up when you don't find anything, you can try out some of my combos. 

Some gym combo - 7 perfect ways to dress for workout and for everyday. 
1. Sweatpants, sport bra : You can wear this when you are comfortable with your belle region. It's super comfortable and liberating. Con for this is when you sweat a lot when wearing a grey color sport bra, it can look disgusting and messy. I recommend you go black. 
 But this a good and comfortable workout outfit. 
2. Sport leggings, sport bra : This is a typical lazy day outfit for me whether I would hit the gym later or not but it's also something you want to wear when you're comfortable with your stomach because it shows a lot of that. Plus you can wear this the whole day before going to the gym or working out.
3. Full tracksuit : this would cover a lot of skin and enable you to sweat more so if it is cold outside and that's your excuse for not working out, throw this on and see how warm you'll get. You can also wear this throughout the day before workout. Because it's stylish. 
4. Yoga pant and tank top : that yoga pant for sure would give you a good stretch and you don't have to be worried about bending over and showing butt crack or hearing a crazy tear sound coming from your pant. It's super stretchy and comfortable. 
5. Leggings, bra top and jacket : if you want to wear a bra to make you feel better but you are still not comfortable with your belle, you can throw on a jacket, zip down and show the bra while the jacket covers your stomach. See? easy. 
6. Sweatpants, basic top : this is the most basic one. You just put on a top and a sweatpants and your trainers and you're ready to go.
7. Short, bra top : some workout outfit, instead of coming with a leggings or a sweat-pant can come with those skimpy shorts, if you're like me and do not exactly like showing legs. You can toss this but if you love your sexy legs then flaunt it.
