Detoxing - staying healthy

 Detoxing is the removal of toxin/ toxic substances or waste from the body system, usually carried out by the liver. Detoxing is very essential for a more healthy living and a better diet because it enhances weight loss, improves the skin tone, helps food digestion, reduces bloating and cleanses the total body systems. It is necessary to detoxify at least once in a year, just take 5days out of the 365 days we have in a year just to cleanse your system and remove toxin. Detoxing before you start a weight loss or diet program can be helpful to increase weight loss success.  

There are different types and ways to detoxify - but before you start your detox journey, you should Prepare your mind because it would go a long way to help with your consistency. you should also be ready to accept how your body would react to it. 
1. Drink a lot of water 
2. Try to cut out sugar 
3. Regular exercise 
4. Eat healthy 
5. Avoid late meals

Some detox
Water and fruit detox : you can mix match any of these just to your preference or taste that suits you more because the more you like it, the more you take, the better. 
Lemon, cucumber and mint 
Lime and blueberries 
Orange and kiwi
Raspberry and mint 

Snacks : some snacks have been approved to be detoxifying . Instead of munching and consuming snacks with a lot of carbs and fat and sugar, you can snack on some healthy food that would help you . It's basically eating and reducing, who wouldn't want that.
Avocado 
Pineapple
Watermelon 
Grapefruit 
Banana

Greens : you can make a green blend smoothie, just combine as many healthy greens and blend them all. Lol. You should blend greens that would taste nice to you not just because some article or picture says it's good. You want to be healthy and smile.  
Apple 
Cucumber 
Cabbage 
Tomato 
Carrot 

Food : when you eat healthy, your body removes bad fat and waste - toxin. Eating salad,greens and healthy meals gives you a better life and increases weight loss. 
Vegetable salad 
Fruit salad 
Wheat 

The basic thing is to eat healthy. If you are about to start, it could be hard and you would think about it a lot but when you're into it you see it is easier than it looks and pretty filling which reduces your intake of food and helps with weight loss. 

You can read about detoxing online, magazines etc. it is good to read and ask questions about anything you are about to embark on.
