Dieting - skinny in a few

  Dieting, according to Wikipedia " is the practice of eating food in a regulated and supervised fashion to decrease, maintain, or increase body weight.  From this definition, we can see that there are three kinds of dieting ; 1. For weight loss - which is what this post is about. 2. To maintain body weight. 3. To increasing the body. Dieting for weight loss  This is the restriction on what you can and cannot eat, or the consumption of food substances that helps reduce the body weight.  When you reduce weight, you tend to look slimmer, you start to feel lighter - which would help you carry out day to day activities, it would help your breathing and also your heart rate and reduces your chances of diseases caused by obesity or overweight.  Why you should not go on a diet There are so many reasons why we should not go on a diet or try too hard to lose weight, especially because of pressure from others.
